Consignment

How Consignment Works

• Furniture is delivered or pick-up is available
• Owner and business agree on price
• Consignor gets 50% of sale price of furniture
• Furniture is displayed on sales floor for up to 60 days
• After 60 days, furniture is marked down 50% off
• Contracts and forms will be provided by the furniture exchange and agreed upon by consignor

"Effective March 01, 2008 - New commission structure calls for 50% rate on all new consignments as well as consignments currently on the floor on or prior to January 01, 2008."
